Tammy Gooler Loeb began her coaching and consulting practice in 1991 following a successful career in mental health services, higher education administration, public policy analysis, and fundraising. Her practical knowledge and experience in organizational development, program management and service businesses give her unique insight into the challenges facing organizations and individuals seeking to reach higher performance levels.
Tammy holds a B. A. in Psychology from Hampshire College and a M.B.A. from Boston University. She attained her coaching certification from The Coaches Training Institute earning the C.P.C.C. designation as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. Tammy is certified to administer the Genos Emotional Intelligence 360 Assessment and is a Education Program and is a certified Platinum Partner with the Motivation Factor Program.
Tammy’s individual coaching practice focuses on helping professionals identify and develop careers that are truly satisfying. By working with them to clarify their goals, she guides them through a personalized plan that allows them to achieve rewarding results.
